...being happy...Sometimes there has to be opposition and trials in our lives. Being happy is a state of mind, an attitude. It's about taking a moment throughout the day that brings a smile upon our faces. It's a kind of contentment on who we are as a person, a friend, a spouse, a significant other. Having self-worth is important because that creates a happy within our selves as we develop talents. I'm happy whenever I complete a work of art or taking a real nice picture with my camera. Happiness is what we enjoy doing. What makes you happy today? A smile of a friend, a kind word or compliment from someone, learning something new, making music, a walk in the park, reading a good book, enjoying a sunny day, doing something worthwhile for someone, creating a piece of art, taking a fantastic picture.....the list goes on and on....being happy... by LightlyEve
